  Shipping - Payment - Guarantee

  • SHIPPING & HANDLING: We usually ship 5 - 10 days after payment is received. Before bidding, please understand: our plants are sensitive to the cold. We consult weather reports before shipping. If the weather enroute to your destination is unfavorable, shipping will be delayed until we can be reasonably assured of safe delivery. Delivery confirmation is included in the price of shipping. We do not ship to Canada, Italy or Australia Shipping based on zip code except for International which is based on weight and Country. Larger plants are based on weight, height, length, width and area.  See bottom of each auction for the exact costs of shipping.  The reduction sale shipping for multiple purchases goes with the highest shipping cost for the total auctions. Check with the auction, not all auctions have Combined Shipping, One Gallon plants and larger must be shipped individually unless worked out with us prior to shipping.


  • We reserve the right to ship a larger plant then what is listed in the auction, if we ship a larger plant it will be shipped root ball.


  • AZ, LA, TX and CA will be shipped root ball with organic material that meets the standards and laws of those states.


  • INTERNATIONAL Local Codes, Laws and Ordinances for live plants vary drastically, it is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of their local policies and obtain any permits necessary for shipping. We are not responsible for any plants that fail to reach the buyer in International Countries and do not offer refunds if this happens. We ship many plants over seas and have never had any problems with this, however you will need to understand that you are taking this risk    NOTE: International USPS Mail must be kept under 36 inches, so ALL 1 gallon and larger plants MUST be shipped individual. NO COMBINED SHIPPING on Larger Plants. Customs will not let the larger packages through.

  • Here’s how to save on shipping with our Dutch Plant auctions: Pay for all auctions in ONE payment within 10 days after the close of the first auction.


  • PAYMENT: We accept Paypal, Money Orders, if paying by Money Order please email me and tell me you are sending check so I can mark that on the EBay system, so you will not get EBay Disputes for payment. Payments must be received within 10 days of close of auction, unless agreed to by us with an email.


  • AT CLOSE OF AUCTION we will send an invoice with the total, and our mailing address. Item will be shipped when the correct amount of money is received.  If you are bidding on multiple items, please wait for the final invoice to combine shipping.


  • WE GUARANTEE that our plants will arrive to you safely,  Let us know immediately upon arrival if the plants are in poor condition. We cannot guarantee plants that are no longer in our care (Please see next paragraph). Many of our plants require warm temperatures. Shipping to areas that are cold will be at buyer's risk. We offer quality plants that are inspected and approved for shipment.  We are licensed, insured and inspected regularly.


  • If your plant arrives in any shape other then fine please contact us within 24 hours.  Please understand that some items are shipped dormant and depending on the time of year have no leaves or yellow leaves.  Please send detailed pictures of plants, box and packing materials to process the insurance.


  • All shipments have shipping insurance included in the payment at no charge to the customer.  Any problems with shipping must be reported immediately.  We require pictures do file a claim.  Once the claim has been placed, a claim form will be email to the claimer once this form is signed and mailed/faxed/emailed back to me for submittal you will receive your new plants at no cost to you  Please remember that ALL shipments have insurance provided by DSI Insurance.


  • Due to the number of returned checks we have received we will no longer accept personal checks.  Money order or Paypal only.


  • WE DO NOT allow local pickup do to the city regulations that are not in our control.


  • Dutch Plant Auctions. In order to give you the most value for your money we try to keep these plants under 12 inches high (unless otherwise noted in auction) because they will grow rapidly to full size after you receive them. This affords you the greatest value for your money and keeps your shipping costs to a minimum. Sizes vary by variety and are usually indicated in the ad. In order to get your plants to you in a timely fashion we will in rare cases ship plants that are smaller than indicated. These plants are an exceptional value and will soon grow to the size indicated and beyond.


  • Individual Auctions, Reduction Auctions and Gift Auctions, . Usually much larger than Dutch Auction or they are extremely difficult-to-find plants, These can also be Reduction sales and Gift Auctions. For shipping costs please see the individual auction.


  • Shipping Plants. Our goal is to ship plants within 5 – 10 days after we receive payment 95% of shipments are within that time frame with over half being less than 5 days. (If your plants don’t arrive in this time period please email us if we haven’t emailed you first.).  For almost all plants if the payment is received through PayPal by Monday 4 PM Eastern time, we ship the same day.  We only ship plants on Mondays.  We do not want plants sitting inside the box over the weekend.  In hot and cold weather be advised that damage will occur to the plants if left outside in the box, if you will not be home for the postal worker, please have someone pick up your plants.  We are not responsible for heat or cold damage from plants sitting outside your domicile, or plants sitting over the weekend due to mail carrier issues and you will need to follow the claim details listed earlier.  We ship all plants Priority Mail with Shipping Conformation.


  • Plant Supplies, or other Actions. Usually ship in less than 10 days. If it will be longer we’ll contact you.


  • Email: If you don’t receive a prompt answer, please check that our emails are not being blocked or deleted at your end. If you don’t receive a reply, 9 times out of 10 that’s why.


  • Feedback: If you’ve read this far we’re pretty sure you’ll be pleased but sometimes we make mistakes, plants/weather don’t cooperate, or a package is damaged in transit. For whatever reason, if you are not pleased we ask that you contact us before leaving feedback. EBay says to do this: [Feedback Instructions] "If you have a dispute, contact your trading partner to try and resolve the dispute before leaving feedback.)” We work very hard to ensure that you are 100% satisfied and that you have success with your plants. Have other questions?  All NON-Payment Auctions are reported to EBay and Negative feedback will follow.  We provide feedback once you have left feedback in all other circumstances.  We leave the same type feedback as left for us.
